Your host is an interior photographer, which explains the remarkable aesthetic of his home. He’s lived in New York and travelled the world, but however far he flies he’s always grateful to return to his beloved Bastille.

Don’t be deceived by this apartment’s effortless simplicity – your host spent years turning it into the perfect space, removing a number of walls to achieve a sensation of light and freshness. The kitchen shimmers in sheets of chrome, and the chic dining table has a marvellous view of 21 of your host’s monochrome photographs. You’ll sleep long and deep among the muted colours of the bedroom atop its luxurious double bed and, come the morning, take your breakfast outside to the patio to enjoy the contrast between the sleek outdoor furniture and the rippling leaves.

♦  The minimum stay is 3 nights.

♦  No-quibble cool-off period: provided you book more than seven days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking no questions asked within 24 hours of making it, and we will refund 100% of any charges.

♦  Complimentary weekly clean for stays of 8 nights or more.

♦  Standard rate: if you cancel up to 14 days before the start of your stay, we will refund 50% of your booking. If you cancel within two weeks of the start of your stay, we can’t refund your booking.
