The Villa Lara is a 4-star, brand new, boutique hotel in the historic centre of Bayeux, nestled in a very quiet and arbored square facing the 11th century majestic cathedral and along the Aure River. The famous Bayeux Tapestry is only 2 minutes away.

The hotel features a cosy bar/lounge area with a fireplace and a library, a marbled lobby, a meeting room and a breakfast room, where the traditional French style breakfast is prepared and served in front of the guest. A fitness centre is available on site and is complimentary to hotel guests.

The 28 rooms of Villa Lara are elegantly appointed in French style with eight different colour schemes and furniture that has been made specially by Moissonnier, a famous cabinet maker since 1885. The marbled bathrooms have both showers and bathtubs in most of the rooms. The rooms range from 30 to 50 square metres, all with a view of the Bayeux Cathedral.
